Below are listed some of the most common STDs in women with respective symptoms and mode of transmission.

Chlamydia: It is the most frequent and fastest moving sexually transmitted disease in USA according to the survey of CDC. The most affected age group is women between 15 and 24. So women below 25 are advised to get themselves tested for Chlamydia. 75% women have no notable sign while others report abnormal vaginal discharge, burning sensation while urinating and irregular spotting between periods. It can be transmitted through vaginal, anal and oral exercises. Most unfortunately, it can pass from an infected mother to her new born baby. It can easily be tested and cured using antibiotics like Azithromycine and Doxycycline. If left unattended it can affect the uterus and fallopian tubes and grow severe pelvic inflammatory diseases (PID) which is not easily curable.

Gonorrhea: It is the second most common STD in USA and often remains undiagnosed. Burning during passing urine, yellowish to red vaginal discharge, abdominal pain, heavy menstrual bleeding and spotting are some reported symptoms. It can be transmitted in the same manner like Chlamydia. Antibiotics can cure the symptoms, but are unable to repair damage already caused. PID, chronic pelvic pain, infertility, damage of joints and heart tissues are some consequences of Gonorrhea. It can increase the risk of AIDS too. So if you are engaged actively in sex, test for your own security.

Genital Herpes: The symptoms come and go, but the virus remains in the nerve cells almost permanently. It is communicated via skin contact even if you don’t participate in sex or are not suffering from any symptoms. But when the signs arise, you feel a painful burning sensation and find blisters in the affected area. Type 1 virus causes cold sores and type 2 typically causes genital sores. Tissue culture and blood tests can detect presence of herpes virus, but the positive or negative results are not always conclusive.

Syphilis: Symptoms are rashes or itching in the genital area, frequent fever, abnormal discharge, lump on lymph nodes etc. Unhealthy oral action can easily transmit syphilis. Early detection by testing and proper medication can cure it. Chlamydia and gonorrhea can invite syphilis too. Test sample is collected from blood or swab from genital sores.

HIV and Hepatitis (B & C): The Centre for Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC) advises testing for HIV at least once in a year as a routine checkup if you are anywhere between 13 and 64. Recurrent fever, long lasting infection of any kind and poor immunity are the most usual symptoms of HIV infection. Poor appetite, vomiting tendency, stomach pain which are exhibited during liver malfunctioning may indicate Hepatitis transmitted sexually. Testing for HIV, Hepatitis and Syphilis are specially advisable if you – test positive for Chlamydia or Gonorrhea have more than one partner use IV drugs

Blood sample is tested for both HIV and Hepatitis.

Easy Ways To Improve Your House

Making improvements to your home, or to any property that you own, is bound to give you some return on your investment. How much and how quickly relies mostly on the projects you choose to do and how you choose to do them. Using the ideas in this article you should be able to make smart decisions when it comes to your home repairs.

An easy and cost effective way to spruce up your home is by painting the interior. To estimate the amount of paint you need, you have to calculate the square footage of the walls. Simply multiply the length of the wall by its height. One gallon of paint will cover approximately 350 square feet. Bear in mind that you may need two coats of paint, depending on what color you are painting over. Replacing your carpets can be a breath of fresh air. Carpets can be a hotbed of allergens making your own home hard to live in. Consider replacing your carpets with hardwood, tile, or laminate floors for a healthier living environment. Hard surface floors will also provide an updated look to your home.

Give your bathroom a unique touch by deciding on a theme. Most people spend hours in their bathrooms, but apart from the coordinated colors, nothing seems to be unique. Come up with fun themes like pirate, under the sea, at the beach, or shipwrecked. Finding accessories for your idea can be fun and give your bathroom a sense of personality. When deciding what exterior renovations a home needs to make it saleable, step out to the curb and take a picture. The picture on your listing is the first exposure any potential buyers will have to your home. If your picture shows a dingy house with overgrown landscaping, fix it!

An important tip to remember with real estate is that when you are making improvements to your house, you should not date it with fashions that are on their way out. This is important because while something may look nice for the time being you should always be forward thinking, especially if you do plan on selling your house. Cleaning your decanter can be made quite easy with the following steps. Fill up your decanter up with hot water halfway and add several drops of dishwashing liquid inside. Add two or three tablespoons of vinegar and one cup of raw rice (doesn’t matter what type). Swirl the concoction in your decanter until clean. The rice helps rub off the excess dirt while you’re swirling the liquid.

For an affordable and attractive temporary update, consider a bright and colorful wreath for your front door. This easy fix requires no commitment and very little investment. Furthermore, you can change the wreath frequently to reflect the changing seasons, holidays, or just to indulge yourself with a favorite color palette. One of the easiest ways to improve your living space is to simply keep your home as clean as possible. If you keep your home clean, your home will automatically look much nicer. Sometimes improving your home is as easy as keeping your living space free from clutter and dirt.

Assess the condition of the paint on the exterior of your home. Old paint that is peeling can make a house look run down, driving down its value. In this case, it would be worth the investment to repaint. New exterior paint can give an old house new life and add value to the house so that you can justify a higher offer from the buyer. You can completely change the look and feel of a room by using paint to create a new look. Painting is easy to do yourself and inexpensive considering the huge difference it makes in the atmosphere of any home. Use new colors or just freshen up the old, painting is a great start to making your home look new again!

Using the ideas presented here to make decisions about how, when and why you are going to make remodeling changes or updates to your home or investment property, will net you a greater return on your investment and give you some leeway in making greater gains in your home equity.
